Decay Means Boat – Will Need a Tow

A number of items needed a tow. Mold and decayed formed on the boat at the Universal Towing last week. It was time to clean the place out. We moved this old boat, some old trailers and even a few old fifth wheels that were sitting around.  Our team likes to keep the place spick and span. We loaded it up and drove it over to the local dump. 

We wanted to thank the team for beautifying the Universal towing yard.  

 

Details of Items That Need a Tow

The manager  decided that the yard needed to be cleaned up at Universal Heavy Duty Towing and a boat in the yard would need a tow. The dispatcher sent out team members to handle the various vehicles and the boat that would need a tow. We saw that the boat would need a tow, the one old Heartland  fifth wheel would need a tow and an old Jayco would need a tow. The Universal Heavy Duty Towing team got to work to handle the boat, the two fifth wheels and a variety of other items that needed to be picked up and moved.  Our tow truck operator backed up his tow truck to the trailer that held the boat. A heavy wrecker moved to the side of the boat. Two tow truck team members used straps to attach to the old boat. The wrecker used its winch power to lift the boat up. The wrecker then moved the boat over the flatbed trailer. The wrecker lowered the boat onto the flatbed trailer. The two team members used towing straps to secure the boat to the flatbed. The flatbed drivert hen drove the boat to the Volusia County Solid Waste site at 1990 Tomoka Farms Rd, Port Orange, FL 32128.  He dropped off the boat at the Solid Waste Site.  He then drove back to Universal Towing to the next item that would need a tow.  The next item that would need a tow is the damaged Heartland fifth wheel.  He attached his tow truck to the fifth wheel’s gooseneck hitch. He attached the electrical for safe driving. He then drove the Heartland fifth wheel to the Volusia County Solid Waste site at 1990 Tomoka Farms Rd, Port Orange, FL 32128.  He dropped off the fifth wheel at the Solid Waste Site.  He then drove back to Universal Towing to the next item that would need a tow.  He then drove back to Universal Towing to the third item that would need a tow.  The third item that would need a tow is the damaged Jayco fifth wheel.  He attached his tow truck to the fifth wheel’s gooseneck hitch. He attached the electrical for safe driving. He then drove the Jayco fifth wheel to the Volusia County Solid Waste site at 1990 Tomoka Farms Rd, Port Orange, FL 32128.  He dropped off the fifth wheel at the Solid Waste Site.
